Treat Yourself Better – 21 Day Challenge

We’re setting out on a challenge to make a conscious effort to treat ourselves better. We’d like to make some positive changes, to try some new recipes and foods, to have some fun and to learn new things from you. It has been said that it takes 21 days to form a habit so lets share ideas, form healthy habits and enjoy better treats together.


We have chosen to start this tomorrow, the 27th of November, a day that is very special to us. On the 27th of November two years ago we made our first delivery of our Frozen Goodness to one of our favourite health food shops in Dublin. It is hard to believe how far we have come in just two year and we are so grateful for all the support we have received.


We’re on a mission to treat ourselves better in every way and we would love for you to join us! We like the idea of forming good habits in the lead up to Christmas that we can share with friends and family and take with us into the New Year.
