Following the huge success of our smoothie bowls at Bloom and Body and Soul we decided we would share the recipes so you can enjoy them at home.
We spent hours in the kitchen trialling different combinations of delicious goodness and with the help of a few tasters we came up with the perfect recipes for our ‘Pink Bowl’ and ‘Green Bowl’ using fresh, Irish fruit and veg and our frozen goodness.
Our frozen goodness is perfect for making smoothies. It creates a gorgeous creamy texture and adds so many nutritional benefits to the smoothie as a breakfast or snack option.
Pink Bowl
Ingredients
1 scoop/ heaped table spoon of Vanilla and Coconut Nobó Frozen Goodness
1/2 banana
1 cup of frozen berries (we used mixed berries)
1/2 cup of coconut milk (you could use water)
Toppings; We use The Pure Kitchen grain free granola, fresh fruit and toasted coconut
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a bowl
- Add topping of your choice
- Take a photo and share it with us
- Enjoy!
Green Bowl
Ingredients
1 scoop/ heaped table spoon of Fresh Lemon Nobó Frozen Goodness
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup of spinach
1 tsp of chia seeds
1/2 cup of coconut milk (you could use water)
Toppings; We use The Pure Kitchen grain free granola, fresh fruit and toasted coconut
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a bowl
- Add topping of your choice
- Take a photo and share it with us
- Enjoy!
